Refund policy
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items and reach out to us right away if you notice any defects or damage. We will assess the situation and work to resolve it promptly.
To initiate the returns process, please email shreena_24@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery and you will be sent details of how to return the order. The artwork must be returned in the same condition and in the original packaging in which it was received.
We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 working days however please allow up to 14 days before making contact again.
Please note that commissioned pieces cannot be returned or refunded unless there is damage to the painting in transit.
Delivery fees cannot be refunded for any orders unless the artwork is received damaged.
